For as long as real estate investors have provided housing for their residents, the term “landlord” has usually been used in a negative light. Our PAC has been created to educate the public and the decision makers in our communities about the positive contribution our profession provides the communities at large. At any given time, there are many proposed laws pending before the Pennsylvania legislature and various local municipalities. Any one of those could dramatically impact the way property managers conduct the business of providing housing. We are asking for your support in order for our voice to be heard.
