Breast Cancer Walk October To Be Announced The AACP Team will be joining over 6,000 other walkers on City Island in Harrisburg for the 10th Annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Get your apartment community, Management Company, and vendors involved by forming Your Team and raising $$$ for this incredible fundraiser. (There is no entry fee to join)

Food Drive The week of March 3, 2008
Help feed the hungry by participating in the Apartment Association of Central Pennsylvania's Food Drive the week of March 3rd, 2008. Here is how it works.... Each participating rental community will be given a supply of grocery bags with a flyer. The empty bags will be placed at the resident's front doors on Monday, March 3rd. Residents will place whatever food items they can inside the bags and return the filled bags to the front door areas on Friday, March 7th. Someone from each apartment community team will pick the bags up. All food will be taken to the Pennsylvania Food Bank where it will be weighed to see how many pounds are collected.

Golf Outing August 21, 2008
A day of fun in the sun! The format is a "scramble," which gives all skill levels the opportunity to participate. In addition to the many door prizes, awards are given for closest to the pin and longest drive (men's and ladies') winners. Lunch and dinner is included.

Rebuilding Together

Join your fellow AACP members for a very important community service project that will benefit your local community! Rebuilding Together's mission is to preserve and revitalize houses and communities, assuring that low-income homeowners, from the elderly and disabled to families with children, live in warmth, safety, and independence. Super Bowl...ing Party

AACP is kicking off the New Year with a Super Bowling Party! This event will benefit the charitable organization Rebuilding Together of Greater Harrisburg. Many of our members participated in a "rebuilding" program last November. This event is open to the public so invite your friends and family, all ages are welcome!

Trade Show April 10, 2008

at the Radisson Hotel in Camp Hill
A wonderful opportunity in the spring of the year for vendors and suppliers to supply information on their products and services to Apartment Owners, Property Managers, Leasing and Maintenance Personnel.
