The following policies have been established with the interest of the general membership in mind. Registration policies apply to all AACP members: - All registrations must be in writing. Notification of the above programs and events will be mailed and e-mailed several weeks in advance. Education flyers will have a registration form at the bottom, with simple instructions on how to register. This form may be faxed or mailed to AACP. Online registration is also accepted at aacp1@verizon.net.
- We ask that all registrations be received by the specified date on the flyer. Registrations received after the specified date cannot be guaranteed.
- AACP understands that on occasion someone has to cancel. With the exception of NAA designations, we gladly accept cancellations, as long as they are received 48 hours in advance of the program or event. Cancellations received after 48 hours will still be responsible for full payment. NAA designation program cancellations will have a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- No shows are responsible for payment in full.
- Payment is due prior to each event or program unless special arrangements have been made with the Executive Director.
